Meetings are a crucial part of your business, but they don't always have to be stuffy and formal. We've designed this room to facilitate meetings of all kinds: from brainstorming sessions to formal presentations, from informal chats to lengthy contract negotiations.
Our multi-function room has been designed with a variety of layouts in mind, so you can choose how you want your meeting space to look. It's also equipped with screens, so you can present slideshows or videos while still being in the same room as your colleagues.
The breakout area is furnished with pool tables and table tennis tables, so you can take a break from the meeting and play a game if you need it. The sofas are perfect for coffee breaks or informal chats between meetings.
The Inspire Room can be booked for Morning, Afternoon and Evenings. Alternatively, full-day bookings are available (9 am to 5 pm). Please enquire about evening meetings.

About Infinity Centre Leeds
Versatile conference rooms up to 100 theatre style seating the large Infinity Room and up to 75 theatre style seating the the Inspire Room. Boardroom has space for 20 people for meetings, workshops and seminars. Co working space also available.
We provide short term/long term venue hire. Discount for charities and public authorities. Please enquire for details.
