Everything, the whole service and night went incredibly smoothly. The tables were set up gorgeously, the DJ was set up and ready on time and incredibly understanding. Super flexible as well and adaptable in case numbers changed and timings. Food was very very nice, came on time, very quickly and smoothly with no issues. The staff members were so lovely both bar and floor and very quick with their service. Room flip was super quick as well and the proactive attitude from everyone was definitely seen and very much appreciated :) As a whole I wanted to say a big thank you for hosting us at your venue, nothing went wrong and everyone had a lovely time. The quality of service and food/music was exceptional and you made my job so much easier. Xx
Only thing in the whole venue were the toilets, at least the lady’s. It beautifully set up and gives a vintage feel to the place but the toilets themselves were not clean or very usable. Only 2 had toilet paper and there was some leakages and parts of the chains to flush were missing.

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate my 30th birthday! The layout was spot-on — the mix of chairs and high tables created the perfect balance for guests who wanted to sit and chat, while still leaving plenty of space for those ready to hit the dance floor. The cocktails were absolutely gorgeous, and I received so many great compliments from my family and friends about both the venue and the drinks. The vibe was exactly what I was hoping for, and it truly made the night unforgettable
More of a watch out for those looking to hire the space. Draught isn’t available in the room, nor was sparkling water so many of my guests had to go to the bar in the main room whilst ultimately wasn’t included in the final spend. However, we did hit the final minimum spend

We held our AGM at this venue and the team could not have been more helpful. From the initial organisation, the team had great attention to detail ensuring their menus accommodated allergies and they managed to organise the required IT equipment too. All members of the team were so helpful, pro actively assisting when timings were delayed. The food was delicious and the name tags ensured that everyone knew what they'd pre-ordered when they arrived - a very helpful reminder! The room was great - atmospheric and set out in the style that had been discussed. A bar within the room ensured staff didn't need to leave the room for the duration of the meeting and meal. I would definitely book here again.
