This is a wonderful venue for intimate and small events. We had our wedding here and had 30 guests. The staff are lovely and are very approachable. They are always there when I needed them during the event. There is a mini bar at the front and the food served was delicious. Our guests loved how cozy it is and enjoyed the programme. Minimal decorations are only needed since the place itself is already beautiful.
Sometimes it takes time for them to reply to my messages but they try to do their best to respond as soon as possible. There was also a bit of misunderstanding with the DJ but it was sorted right away.
Friendly staff, no minimum spend, dedicated bar person. Used as a small group of 13 and they rearranged tables so it didn’t feel empty. Fantastic venue.
The Hidden Library was a great space to hire. We had the whole space to ourselves with our own bar tender. The buffet menu was excellent and there was plenty of food for everyone. Would definitely recommend and would hope to book again some time again in the future.
The night itself was great, great layout and service. Friendly and helpful staff at the venue.
Have failed to refund our £400 deposit or respond to our query about this.
