Excellent communication - we were able to book a group of 30 with only a couple days notice and everything went incredibly smoothly. Great service and food, everyone had a blast and all left very happy. Would 100% recommend the Hidden Library at Lost & Found for a big group event

Asked if we could have confetti. Was told yes so left venue to buy. Came back and different lady said not allowed.
We asked for two jugs of water at the end of our free flow and was met with a very rude “you have 5 mins” by one of the bar staff
No air con, very stuffy
Speaker system didn’t work - very disappointing as it was a hen do so we needed access to speakers
This is more of a heads up to anyone booking - there is no ceiling so it gets noisy with upstairs bar and for that reason didn’t feel fully private. Something I didn’t realise before I booked.
We had two nice bar staff to begin with (blonde haired girl and young guy). They were attentive and communicative but for some reason they were moved from our area and the replacements were not hospitable at all. Also because of this, there was confusion with our bill. I had asked the young guy to tell me when we reached our min spend but he had been assigned elsewhere. It meant we went over on our spend which isn’t what we planned on doing. The lady who took over was impatient and didn’t make you feel cared for at all.
Overall, my sister had an amazing hen do so it was ruined but definitely needs improvements and I wouldn’t book again for a private function.

Everything was well organised, communication was great and we had many compliments on the food, the venue also allowed us to play our own music. Perfect for a celebration after a civil wedding ceremony!
