Creative Alliance offers a fully self-contained office, training and meeting suite in Birmingham’s Custard Factory, based in the Zellig Building in Digbeth.

The space works well for teams who need a private base for the day, with room to present, plan, train, talk, break out into smaller groups, take lunch and come back together.

The unit includes two practical training rooms, a relaxed breakout and seating area, kitchen access, Wi-Fi, built-in projectors and coffee facilities. You can book one room or use the full suite, depending on the size and shape of your session.

Very spacious venue with more than enough facilities for what I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful, which was especially reassuring as this was my first time hosting an event like this. They gave me plenty of opportunities to view the space as often as needed, which really supported my planning. On the day, they gave us the privacy we needed while still checking in occasionally to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a really positive experience, and I would definitely book this venue again.
Toilet access at the venue was limited, as the only toilets within the venue were inaccessible during our event. They were located in a separate staff area that had been sectioned off with shutters, so guests had to use the main building toilets outside of the venue space instead.
