Located on our first floor, our private dining room is an exclusive space perfect for any occasion. The room has a capacity of 18 guests seated and up to 30 standing. Enhanced by natural light and a large TV screen, the room is versatile, making it a popular choice for meetings, events, and special occasions. Perfect for a daytime meeting, private event or just to enjoy some Karaoke- browse over 10,000 songs and sing your heart out!
You can also add on both food and drinks packages! There are delicious food options including pizza and other nibbles, as well as drinks packages including beer, cider, wines, spirits, Prosecco or non-alcoholic options too!

The privacy.
I booked BOX Brindleyplace for a private event and was left extremely disappointed by both the service on the day and the tone of the follow-up communication.
Food service was late — not the minor delay claimed in their response, but significantly later, with no explanation or check-in from staff. The room was left unattended, and no one explained the QR code system or offered assistance with drinks. We were essentially left to fend for ourselves.
The AV setup was misleading and dysfunctional. We were told the venue supported presentations and music, but the reality was a confusing, poorly managed system. Connecting to the sound system took an excessive amount of time, and the volume remained far too low throughout the evening. No staff returned to adjust it, and the lack of support meant we couldn’t transition into the celebratory part of the night. Worse still, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the equipment and untrained in its use.
Staff attitude was unacceptable. The person who showed us to the venue was rude and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the outset. When I asked about connecting to the PA system, I was met with a dismissive “Do you need the PA system?” — which felt unnecessarily sarcastic given the context.
The most frustrating part? The tone of the venue’s response to my feedback. Rather than acknowledging the issues, they implied I was being dishonest — a deeply disappointing and unfair approach. I have no reason to fabricate my experience, and I provided detailed, constructive feedback in good faith. There are cameras in the room that would easily confirm the timeline and lack of engagement.
I would not recommend BOX Brindleyplace for private events. The service was poor, the setup was misleading, and the post-event communication lacked professionalism and respect.

Location was very central, easy to get to and find. Good catering options and prices. The room itself and the facilities was perfect for a team of 18. Communication was straightforward and the reps on the phone we dealt with were very professional and flexible.
Catering - the veggie burger from the festive feast was not to anyone’s liking. All veggie would have been preferred instead of fake meat for a patty. The people who ordered cooked breakfast (sausage and bacon baps) waited over an hour after the fruits and pastries were served. I believed someone went to check on them, but it still took a while after that. Other than those, the rest of the food were delicious, great selection. The chicken strips were awesome!

Tables were placed all separate in the different corners. They were heavy too so we couldn’t pull them together. So essentially just sat with the chairs
