Yes, guests can bring their own food, but it must be commercially bought rather than homemade.
Yes. For an open bar, the venue offers a hosted bar tab: the organiser sets the amount and inclusions, such as beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, while guests order freely. The venue provides updates as the tab runs down, allowing it to be topped up or switched to a cash bar, giving the organiser control while maintaining the same experience for guests.
Yes. Vegan guests are welcome to bring their own catering, provided it is commercially prepared by a caterer or food outlet rather than home-cooked, for food safety reasons.
No, under-18s are not allowed in the venue.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
