Jess and the waitstaff. Food was also tasty. Security were also attentive when we had people who refused to move out of our privately booked section. Jess's customer service - impeccable and she did everything in her power to make us comfortable, fed and provided water towers when I advised her people were uncomfortably hot.
Corben (a surly, sarcastic barman - rude to multiple people and dismissive his default) The roofing in the area we were contributed to heat issue. One fan - clearly not enough on days that hot.

We liked the location. The area we had reserved. The blokes liked the TV's There was plenty of food.
