Right in the middle of Sydney CBD, The Edinburgh Castle has been a go-to since 1885. It’s a laid-back spot with a mix of old-school vibe and modern vibes – great for lunch, after-work drinks, or weekend catch-ups.
The menu covers all the pub staples, and the bar’s stocked with a solid mix of local and international beers, wines, and spirits. Nothing crazy – just good food and drinks, done well.
Planning something? We’ve got flexible function spaces for groups of 10 to 100. Each one comes with a private bar, AV gear (mic, plasma screen, speakers), and friendly staff to help run the show. DJs can plug in their own setup too.
We’re part of the Good Beer Co. crew (like The Keg & Brew and Hotel Coronation), so you know the beer’s on point and the vibe’s always welcoming.
