To ensure a smooth experience for both the course organizers and the venue management, please follow the instructions below when using the premises:
1. Booking and Access
• Book the premises at least one week in advance through the appropriate channel.
• Ensure you have confirmed the date, time, and duration of use.
• Collect keys or access codes if required and ensure they are returned after use.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless we receive cancellation notice 2 week prior to the event date.
2. Use of Space
• Use only the areas designated for your course (e.g., training room, restrooms, kitchen if included).
• Do not interfere with or move furniture or equipment not included in your rental agreement.
• Keep noise levels to a reasonable minimum to avoid disturbing others.
3. Housekeeping Responsibilities
After the course concludes, the following tasks must be completed:
a. Tidying Up
• Return all furniture (12- tables, 50 chairs{ 20 white and 30 orange, etc.) to their original positions.
• Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, whiteboards, and kitchen counters (if used).
• Remove any course-related materials or decorations you brought in.
b. Emptying the Bins
• Empty all rubbish bins used during the course (including classroom, and kitchen bins if used).

FAQ
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
