About Transport Public Bar

Transport Public Bar is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.

Transport Public Bar is the public bar of the Transport Hotel that blends a straightforward Modern Australian pub menu with a cocktail-led programme across its bar areas.

Venue highlights: Multiple bookable levels include indoor dining areas, terraces and a rooftop bar, allowing separate zones for drinks and dining during a single hire. The on-site kitchen supplies pub-style mains, share plates and bar snacks and can provide halal, vegan and gluten-free options via in-house catering. A staffed bar operates alongside counter ordering and a lift links all floors for accessible movement during events.

Best for: After-work drinks and networking, group dinners around pub-style sharing menus, and private sports viewings or watch parties.

Location: Federation Square sits at Melbourne's cultural heart and places the venue beside galleries, theatres and riverside promenades. The area provides numerous nightlife and dining options for guests to continue the evening after an event.
