Having not used Tagvenue before, I found the whole process of finding and booking a venue very easy. The responsiveness of HIE staff, Ketaki in particular, was excellent and provided a very clear and easy process to follow to book our venue. The venue itself, HIE Little Collins St, was excellent. - Conveniently located close to transport - staff on site were very pleasant, efficient and helpful - the Exchange Room suited our needs perfectly and was well set up - on site catering was excellent

My only suggestion may be to have separate tea/coffee facilities set up next to the room being used rather than participants having to access them in the adjoining cafe, but in saying that, our participants didn't mind
