Simple communication and the night went smooth
The area was tidied by staff at the end of the night, which was great, but some personal items were thrown out, namely I had organised helium balloons and bought weights to keep them down but they were thrown out without checking with me first. I hadn’t realised till I got back home. These are reusable. Not expensive but worthwhile to note not to throw out things which people have brought with them without checking first.
