TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

ENTERTAINMENT (EXCLUSIVE HIRE)
Four Hundred’s resident DJs will happily entertain you and your guests. Prices may vary and are at your own cost. Alternatively, we welcome you to invite your own DJ, who will have full access to our equipment. Microphone free of charge, DJ Equipment Hire $100. Live music and bands are permitted. Bands must supply all their own equipment, and performance is only suitable when a function has exclusive use of the area. Any extra audio-visual equipment will be at the client’s cost, unless prior arrangement has been made. All equipment must be returned in the same condition at the end of a function or an extra fee will be charged. Any additional equipment required for your event can be organised with our events team, additional costs may apply.

SECURITY
Professional security guards are present from Thursday to Saturday. Depending on the nature of the event Four Hundred may require you to have additional security presence. Please note that you can also request additional security guards or door hosts provided by Four Hundred. This may come at an additional cost to the client.

PARKING
Off street parking available, please enquire for more info. Free parking available at the Greenwood Plaza Wilsons Carpark after 4pm upon validation of ticket by a staff member.

BIRTHDAYS
A minimum of $30pp food spend is required for 21st Birthdays. Four Hundred is unable to host 18th, 19th and 20th Birthday celebrations.

We had the most amazing experience celebrating our Baby Shower at Four Hundred Bar & Restaurant in North Sydney. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful ambiance and stunning aesthetics of the venue. The natural lighting made everything feel warm and elegant, and the space was absolutely perfect for our group of 60 - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully set up. Everyone couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. We chose the Eat Like a Chef canapé package and it was absolutely incredible - super filling, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. We also added an unlimited beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks bar tab, which our guests really enjoyed. The entire transaction was super smooth, and Jess was amazingly prompt, helpful, and organised throughout the whole process. She wasn’t there on the day but the person who replaced her was equally amazing. On the day, the staff were exceptional - attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our celebration perfect. Four Hundred truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt so cared for, the service was flawless, and the whole experience made our Baby Shower unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this venue more highly! 💛👶🏻✨

We had our engagement party here in the outdoor area and couldn’t be more impressed! The staff were pleasant, helpful, and so lovely. Mel, who looked after us on the day, was absolutely fantastic—she really took the pressure off my partner and me, making everything run smoothly. The food was incredible, and the ‘Trust the Chef’ canapés were a perfect selection, with great inclusivity for our gluten-free guests. A huge thank you to Jess as well—her help in booking and organizing everything in the lead-up to our event was beyond amazing. Overall, this is a fantastic venue, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!
