To keep the space beautiful for everyone, please note the following:

Catering: Outside catering is allowed.

Suppliers: We have a preferred supplier list to assist with your event, or you are welcome to use your own suppliers or BYO food and drinks.

Cleaning & Tidy Up: All rubbish must be bagged and placed in bins provided.
Please leave the space as you found it — remove decorations, props, or personal items.

Furniture & Layout
You’re welcome to move furniture and props, but please return them to their original position before leaving.
Do not drag furniture across the floors — lift to avoid damage.

Decorations & Setup
No nails, screws, or permanent adhesives are to be used on walls or surfaces. Blu-tack or removable hooks only.

Bump In / Bump Out
Standard bookings include your hire time only. Additional time for setup or pack down must be booked in advance (fees apply).

Noise & Courtesy
Respect our neighbours — keep noise to appropriate levels, especially outdoors.
Music must end by the time your booking finishes.

Damage & Responsibility
Any damage to the space, furnishings, or equipment will be the hirer’s responsibility. A security bond will be payable prior to your event booking.
Ensure children are supervised at all times.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
