The Porch is a semi-private porch area in the Event Space at 29th Apartment — St Kilda, defined by an informal covered outdoor-style setting that recreates an apartment-like communal area.

Design: The space pairs bold pop-art colours and a large urban mural with a low ceiling and string lights to create a compact, playful interior. The fit-out uses artificial turf underfoot, mismatched metal chairs, small square tables and a timber-clad window feature suggesting an apartment facade.

Features: The area includes a wall-mounted screen and a PA system for music and announcements, and it allows external music to be played. The area provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and natural light through a glass frontage, and it is furnished with small tables, metal chairs and high stools for flexible layouts.
