About this space
The Terrace Room is our main event space, with a lake view, that can accommodate up to 250 guests. This space is perfect for large events, such as weddings, christenings, milestone birthdays, award nights, corporate conferences and presentations.
This room has a flexible layout that suits dining parties, standing receptions, theatre style events or break-outs, and is big enough to even include a kids' play area. Our amenities include private bar service, AV, lectern and speaker capabilities. For corporate events, we can arrange roaming TVs and whiteboards, complimentary Wi-Fi, a pull down projector screen, flipcharts, whiteboards, and markers & notepads.

Casual Canapé Package ($19-$34) - from 4 to 8 choices, a selection of canapés, such as petit beef pies, four cheese arancini, sausage rolls, mozzarella sticks
Premium Canapé Package ($28-$56) - from 4 to 8 choices, a selection of canapés, such as prosciutto wrapped melon, king prawn skewers, Peking duck pancakes, Korean fried chicken bao buns
Plated Dining - selection of an entrée, main and a dessert from a set menu

Corporate Food Packages (minimum 10 people):
Package 1 ($45 per person) - freshly made sandwiches, fresh wraps, grazing boards, seasonal fruit platter
Package 2 ($55 per person) - gourmet panini, fish tacos, lamb kofta, chicken skewers, Greek salad
Morning or Afternoon Tea ($25 per person) - Danishes, toasties, scones with cream and jam, seasonal fruit platter

• The Terrace Room can be hired with the Balcony for $1200.
• A deposit of the room hire fee is required to secure the booking.
• Outside Hours Fee - our Club has specific trading hours and for each hour that is requested there will be a $150 out of hour fee.
• Sliced cake will be served on platters at no additional charge. If you prefer the cake to be sliced and served on
individual plates, a cakeage fee of $3 per person will apply.
• A surcharge of 10% will be required on Public holidays.
• All 18th and 21st Birthday parties will incur a security fee of $650+gst.
• Following the event, if excessive cleaning is necessary beyond routine vacuuming, a cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.
