Professional relationship with Chloe; everything was detailed to me as the paying organizer/host; Staff were friendly, efficient and supportive of our needs. Venue is central to most of our guests. No interference in our program from the staff. We had a really great time! Facilities were accessible (toilets, etc...)
Due to "mishap" of timings, we did not have enough time to set up and we felt rushed; venue could have supplied a bit more centerpieces - even just basic flowers; We supplied ours (additional) but could have been nice if there are freer decor; Parking was really bad that day due to certain factors, some beyond our control. One guest could not come/abandoned the event as he was stuck in the middle of the parking frenzy, driving all the way from Drouin. Many of the guests had to walk under the rain and came in wet! Maybe more square tables for our needs. (gifts, cakes, feature decors)
