Prices
Clients must remove all rubbish after the event. If rubbish is not removed, the cost will be deducted from the bond.
Site Manager Fee: $60 per hour
Our event manager will be present during the event to assist in opening/closing, parking guidance, and emergency situations such as power outages or water leaks.
Refundable Bond: $2,000
This is not included in the venue hire fee. A refundable security bond is required in addition to the hire fee to secure your booking. This covers any potential damages during event

Host rules
To ensure a seamless experience, all external vendors must provide the following documentation prior to the event:
Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency)
Relevant Food Handling Certificates (if applicable)
Pack-down & Cleaning
Vendors/Clients are required to leave the premises in its original condition. While you do not need to clean the floors, all equipment and personal property must be removed within your booked hire hours. All rubbish must be securely bagged and placed in the designated venue bins.
Venue Rules & Regulations
Smoking & Open Flames: Strictly prohibited indoors. Non-compliance will result in a fine of up to $21,800. Exception: Decorative candles are permitted, provided they are enclosed in holders (such as cylinders, hurricanes, or drip trays) that completely catch all melting wax.
Decorations: Confetti and glitter are not permitted. Faux petals are allowed.
Wall Fixings: No nails, screws, tape, or permanent fixtures may be used on any walls, draping or structures.
Noise Restrictions: Sound levels must comply with local council regulations at all times.
Alcohol: All external bar staff must hold valid RSA certifications.
Damages: The hiring client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the venue by guests, caterers, or decorators.
