The business person we liaised with was great. The location was good too.
The person at reception was not very friendly or competent. We were put in a different room from the one we had booked. The air con was so high and couldn't be turned down, so we were very cold all day. Coffee cups were not collected all day, water in jugs was not refreshed, the extension lead we were provided for our laptops didn't work... all in all, it wasn't great.
