Angela was great with the original communication and help getting everything organised. The catering was also very good with generous serves of everything, and a great choice for all tastes / dietary needs.
The room itself was good - big, clean and well set up, but unfortunately it backed onto the maintenance area of the hotel and the noise in the corridor was terrible. We asked the front desk to please tell them to be conscious of the noise, but it made no difference and persisted for all 3 days. The toilets were also a disgrace until we asked for them to be cleaned on the second day. Very embarrassing for our guests from interstate. The temperature in the room was impossible to regulate and went from hot to freezing often, and the internet dropped out a number of times while we were presenting both in the room and online. Such a shame because Angela was amazing, but you can only work with what you have.

Yes. Dedicated video-conferencing equipment with a camera is not available, but AV equipment can be provided and the team can assist with connecting a laptop or conferencing platform.

Yes, we can certainly accommodate a cabaret set-up.

Yes. The venue has a projector and screen, although it normally recommends using its TV screens. There are two 85-inch smart TVs—one on the front wall and one on wheels that can be placed in the middle of the room—with better picture quality and integration with the sound system.
