• We securely record your credit card during booking, serving as both your deposit and security.
• Venue hire fees are due 14 days prior to function.
• Bar tabs must be prepaid or paid in full on the night, or your credit card may be charged.
• Approved free-standing decorations only; nothing may be attached to walls inside or outside.
• No confetti, streamers, glitter, or party poppers allowed; cleaning charges may apply.
• Grazeland is eco-friendly; single-use plastics, straws, balloons, and plasticware are not allowed.
• A $100 cleaning charge may apply if you don't clean up within 30 minutes before and after your event.
• No outside food or alcohol is permitted; desserts and drinks can be arranged through our vendors.
• The entire venue is licensed; responsible alcohol service is our priority.
• Guests who are unduly intoxicated or disruptive may be refused service or asked to leave.
• Event organizers are liable for any venue damage caused by them or their guests, and charges will apply.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these conditions. Bag screening and searches may be conducted.

1. **Acceptance of Risk and Liability**: Patrons enter Grazeland at their own risk and waive claims for injury or death, Management can refuse admission or remove individuals without notice. Those under 12 must be supervised by an adult, and under-18s must be with a parent or guardian. Bag inspections are possible. Footwear is required.

Entry fees are non-refundable, even for weather-related issues or ejections due to rule violations. Entry fees apply to patrons aged 12 and above, while carers accompanying a person with a disability are exempt from entry fees.
