Yes, you can bring your own decorations. Some nails in the wall usually hold pictures, but these can be removed; you are free to decorate as you see fit, provided that no new holes appear in the walls.
Yes, a projector is available, but it is not the latest model, connects only via HDMI, has marks that may impede a presentation, and is not ceiling-mounted; it would be set up in the middle of the room and may hinder the room’s functionality. A flatscreen TV is also available and connects via HDMI.
Noise levels are difficult to predict because they depend on how many guests are seated at tables downstairs. Even with a full restaurant downstairs, upstairs groups are separated enough for this not to be an issue; some background music may carry through, but closing the door helps minimise noise from a downstairs crowd.
