About this space
You'll have use of my lounge/dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen is available if you want to use it. An outdoor entertaining area & outdoor bathtub is coming late 2023/early 2024.
Most of the furniture in the lounge is light-weight and moveable, so you can play around with the layout so long as you return everything to its original position once you are done.
You will also have access to hair tools (a Halo curling wand and straightener) for touch ups, a garment steamer, reflectors, ring lights, glassware, vases, platters and boards. I have empty bottles of high-end champagne and whisky for you to use as props.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers are also available.

Commercial usage is allowed and there is no restriction on the type or nature of content you create so long as you take care of the space and ensure that it is clean and sanitary before you leave. I am a boudoir photographer so I have no reservations about nudity etc.

Wardrobe hire for sizes 12-20 is also an option with robes and accessories that can work with both smaller or larger bodies outside of that range.

About Goddess Studio Noir
Guests will have the privilege of utilizing the lounge/dining room and the master bedroom, providing unique backdrops and settings for your photo shoots. Additionally, there is a possibility of accessing the kitchen, which adds even more versatility to your shoot setup.
The lounge furniture in the studio is designed to be lightweight and easily movable, allowing you to experiment with different arrangements and create the desired atmosphere. However, it is kindly requested that all items be returned to their original positions once you have finished using them, ensuring that the space remains tidy and ready for the next creative endeavor.
As a part of our commitment to providing a comprehensive studio experience, we offer various amenities to assist you during your shoot. These amenities include hair tools such as a Halo curling wand and straightener for touch-ups, as well as a garment steamer to ensure your clothing looks flawless on camera. Reflectors and ring lights are available to help you achieve optimal lighting, while glassware, vases, platters, and boards can be used to enhance the visual appeal of your compositions.
To add an extra touch of elegance and sophistication to your shots, we provide empty bottles of high-end champagne and whisky as props, allowing you to create a luxurious atmosphere within your photographs.
Stay connected and set the mood with our complimentary Wi-Fi access, enabling you to share your work instantaneously or conduct any necessary online research. Additionally, Bluetooth speakers are available to create the desired ambiance and play your favorite tunes during the shoot.
To enhance your experience, we have plans to add an outdoor entertaining area and an outdoor bathtub to the property, expected to be completed by late 2023 or early 2024. These additions will provide exciting opportunities for outdoor shoots and unique perspectives.
