THE POTTERAGE WILL BE CLOSED AUGUST 16 2025 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 20TH 2025
The Potterage is my private home, it is a French farmhouse, style with a cottage garden. Parking is available at the large double barn doors for easy access. The Potterage is available to professionals for photography and filming, this includes all the rooms, outdoor paved courtyard, and garden area.
PLEASE NOTE. All clients must have current public liability insurance.
There is large main room with huge arched cast iron windows, a mezzanine level with a balcony, a large bedroom and a bathroom. Vintage kitchen with rayburn combustion stove and many quirky features.

The rates quoted on my rates card are the base fee for a simple
photographic shoot.
Please be advised that further charges apply for additional persons onsite, extensive props, out of hours/weekend and public holidays, and special requests.
As a general guide extra persons over 5x people attract an additional fee per hour
1 – 5 $0 One photographer only
6 – 7 $10 One photographer single handheld video
8 – 9 $20 one photographer single handheld video
10 – 11 $30 1x photographer 1x videographer
12 – 13 $40 1x photographer 1x videographer
14 – 15 $50 up to 3x photographers/videographers
16 – 17 $60 up to 3x photographers/videographers
18 – 19 $70 up to 3x photographers/videographers
20 – 21 $80 up to 3x photographers/videographers
22 – 24 $90 up to 3x photographers/videographers
Over 24 persons will need to be negotiated.
After 8am -5pm weekdays +25% per hour after10pm/before 8am +50%
Weekends and public holidays 9 am– 5pm 35%
After hours on weekends +50%
All fees may be varied according to circumstances of the shoot.
All clients must have insurance covering everyone brought onsite for the shoot. Alternatively, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure any subcontracted persons have the appropriate insurance.

1.if you arrive early please do no knock or enter the building.
2. Please do not drag furniture or equipment across the floor. Lift only.Please replace all items in their original position before leaving
3.Please do not use my ensuite as a bathroom. It is a shoot location only. One bathroom is available for crew and cast.
4 Please do not enter my walk in robe.
5. Please do not smoke inside The Potterage or throw butts into the garden.
6. Please do not engage in risk taking activities on the property.
7. Please observe all OH&S requirements governing your industry.
8. Strictly no firearms, explosives, dangerous chemicals or illicit items allowed on the property
8. Filming of explicitly sexual images strictly prohibited.
10. All breakages/damage must be paid for.
Please respect the fact that The Potterage is also a private home, but do feel at home and take full advantage of the opportunity to create a unique and wonderful set of images.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

The Potterage is a Tuscan/French style farmhouse in the Dandenong Ranges. It is available for photographic, film, video and advertising shoots. It is set in its own quarter acre of cottage gardens with a walled courtyard. Its unique design and interiors feature many eclectic and quirky spaces suitable for film and photography. The high ceilings and double barn doors make access easy, and there is parking onsite for up to 6 vehicles with additional free parking nearby.
Please note, The Potterage is not available for parties or social events.
