- All guests must comply with venue staff directions at all times
- Responsible behaviour is expected; intoxicated or disruptive guests may be refused entry or removed
- The venue reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with licensing laws
🕒 Booking Times
- Access is limited to the agreed booking time (including setup and pack-down)
- Additional time may incur extra charges if not pre-approved
🍸 Food & Beverages
- All beverages must be purchased through the venue unless otherwise agreed
- External catering is permitted with prior approval
🎵 Music & Entertainment
- All entertainment (DJs, performers, playlists) must be approved in advance
🛠️ Setup & Decorations
- Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, furniture, or fixtures
- No confetti, glitter, or open flames without prior approval
- All items brought into the venue must be removed at the end of the event
🧼 Cleaning & Damages
- The venue must be left in a reasonable condition
- Any damage to property, equipment, or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges
🔞 Licensing & Compliance
- Valid ID may be required upon entry
- No minors permitted during licensed trading hours unless agreed prior
