About this space

A rectangular, internally lit live room with timber floors and extensive acoustic panelling on the walls and ceiling; the layout leaves an open central floor and uses warm, neutral finishes with no visible windows.

Room features: The space functions as a soundproof live studio fitted with an installed PA and speaker system and air conditioning for long sessions. A drum kit is positioned at the far end and the room offers step‑free access and accessible toilets.

Best for: Full‑band recording, band rehearsals and recorded live performances.

Strict policies will apply regarding damage or theft to recording studio property.
