An open-plan studio with a tall, exposed black-painted ceiling and structural beams, a polished concrete floor and a full white cyclorama sweep that creates a seamless backdrop for shoots.

Room features: The studio provides in-house lighting, dedicated backdrops including a greenscreen, an integrated PA/speaker setup and basic soundproofing for controlled audio.

Best for: Portrait and fashion photography, catalogue and product shoots, and small video productions.

What sets it apart: An integrated fitted kitchen suitable for food styling and on-set prop preparation.
