Outdoor Terrace
Our spacious semi-private Outdoor Terrace is ideal for birthdays, corporate events, cocktail parties and casual celebrations. The space accommodates up to 30 guests seated or 90 guests cocktail style.
Guests of up to 30 can enjoy our à la carte menu. For larger events or a customised function package, please contact events@dacha.au.
The space can also be customised with long or round table layouts to suit your event.

MENU SELECTION
• Final menu selections are required no later than five (5) days prior to the event.
• While Dacha Bar & Grill will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to shared kitchen facilities.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
• Dacha Bar & Grill practices Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with Victorian legislation.
Management reserves the right to:
• refuse service to intoxicated guests
• request identification
• remove disruptive or unsafe guests from the venue
• No BYO (Bring Your Own) beverages are permitted.
• Alcohol service times must comply with venue licensing regulations
DECORATIONS, STYLING & VENUE USE
• No confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke effects, wall fixings, nails, adhesives, or damage to venue surfaces are permitted unless approved in writing.
• All styling items and decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise arranged.
• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• Venue management reserves the right to adjust event layouts where required for safety, operational, or licensing reasons.
• Children attending functions and events must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all guests attending the event.
DAMAGE, CLEANING & SECURITY BOND
• The client accepts responsibility for any excessive cleaning, loss, damage, or breakage caused by guests, suppliers, or contractors during the event.
• Dacha Bar & Grill reserves the right to charge repair, replacement, labour, or cleaning costs where required.
• A security bond may be requested for selected events.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR AREAS
• Outdoor and terrace events remain subject to weather conditions.
• Dacha Bar & Grill will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
