About this space
A semi-private lounge ideal for after-match drinks, team catch-ups, sports viewing and casual celebrations. The standard setup includes high tables and bar stools, with capacity for 20 seated or 40 cocktail-style guests and access to the Bar. Groups of up to 35 guests may dine from our à la carte menu. For larger groups or cocktail-style events, including canapé service and beverage packages, please contact our events team at events@dacha.eu.
Prices
Groups of up to 35 guests can dine from our à la carte menu. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests for a standing cocktail-style event. For a private seated event, customised menu or alternative table layout, please contact us at events@dacha.au. Our function packages start from $60 per person, depending on the event type, menu selection and requirements.

MENU SELECTION
• Final menu selections are required no later than five (5) days prior to the event.
• While Dacha Bar & Grill will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to shared kitchen facilities.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
• Dacha Bar & Grill practices Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with Victorian legislation.
Management reserves the right to:
• refuse service to intoxicated guests
• request identification
• remove disruptive or unsafe guests from the venue
• No BYO (Bring Your Own) beverages are permitted.
• Alcohol service times must comply with venue licensing regulations
DECORATIONS, STYLING & VENUE USE
• No confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke effects, wall fixings, nails, adhesives, or damage to venue surfaces are permitted unless approved in writing.
• All styling items and decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise arranged.
• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• Venue management reserves the right to adjust event layouts where required for safety, operational, or licensing reasons.
• Children attending functions and events must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all guests attending the event.
DAMAGE, CLEANING & SECURITY BOND
• The client accepts responsibility for any excessive cleaning, loss, damage, or breakage caused by guests, suppliers, or contractors during the event.
• Dacha Bar & Grill reserves the right to charge repair, replacement, labour, or cleaning costs where required.
• A security bond may be requested for selected events.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR AREAS
• Outdoor and terrace events remain subject to weather conditions.
• Dacha Bar & Grill will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
