Lounge Bar is a semi-private Bar within Dacha Bar & Grill and provides a flexible, open-plan lounge that can be arranged for seated or standing gatherings.
Design: The lounge presents a simple, contemporary look: a pale wood central floor area, carpeted perimeter and a low black acoustic ceiling with recessed strip lighting. Green upholstered bar-height stools and round high tables sit against neutral-painted walls.
Features: The room includes an integrated PA system and speakers and permits guests to play their own music or bring a DJ. The area has air conditioning, a small central space suitable for dancing and a service hatch to the adjoining bar. Wheelchair access and accessible toilets are provided.
Ideal for: Small to medium groups wanting a relaxed, social standing reception or an informal seated gathering where music and mingling are central.
What sets it apart: A folding partition can close the area off from the rest of the venue to create a self-contained, private lounge.

MENU SELECTION
• Final menu selections are required no later than five (5) days prior to the event.
• While Dacha Bar & Grill will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments due to shared kitchen facilities.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
• Dacha Bar & Grill practices Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) in accordance with Victorian legislation.
Management reserves the right to:
• refuse service to intoxicated guests
• request identification
• remove disruptive or unsafe guests from the venue
• No BYO (Bring Your Own) beverages are permitted.
• Alcohol service times must comply with venue licensing regulations
DECORATIONS, STYLING & VENUE USE
• No confetti, glitter, open flames, smoke effects, wall fixings, nails, adhesives, or damage to venue surfaces are permitted unless approved in writing.
• All styling items and decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise arranged.
• Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.
• Venue management reserves the right to adjust event layouts where required for safety, operational, or licensing reasons.
• Children attending functions and events must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• The client is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of all guests attending the event.
DAMAGE, CLEANING & SECURITY BOND
• The client accepts responsibility for any excessive cleaning, loss, damage, or breakage caused by guests, suppliers, or contractors during the event.
• Dacha Bar & Grill reserves the right to charge repair, replacement, labour, or cleaning costs where required.
• A security bond may be requested for selected events.
WEATHER & OUTDOOR AREAS
• Outdoor and terrace events remain subject to weather conditions.
• Dacha Bar & Grill will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
