About this space
The studio has a mix of ready-to-use sets and practical shooting space, so it’s easy to move between different styles in one session. There’s a grey velvet bedroom setup with chandeliers, a bathtub set with a curved window and foam machine, plus a few more styled corners including a vintage library, a green art deco-inspired lounge, a pink velvet space, and a white boho room with cane lighting and a peacock chair.
You’ll also find a neon wall with mirrored finishes, a red tunnel with fairy lights, a blue lounge with cathedral-style windows, a fireplace setup with gold curtains, and a clean white lounge area with a black-and-white checked floor. There are softer shooting areas too, with white curtain dividers, frosted windows, and an oversized gold floor mirror that gets used a lot in content shoots.
For more straightforward studio work, there’s a cyclorama wall, paper backdrops, and plenty of open shooting space. Equipment like stands, poly boards, posing stairs, black lights, and a smoke machine are available to use as well. The studio is on ground level with roller door access, WiFi, a change room, wheelchair-friendly toilet, and a kitchenette stocked with coffee and snacks.

Host rules
1. Booking Time Includes Setup & Pack Down
Please make sure your session includes enough time for setup and pack down. Overtime fees apply if you stay beyond your booking.
2. Leave the Studio as You Found It
- We ask that you return the space to its original condition. This includes putting props back, rolling up backdrops (if used), and removing any personal items.
- No food or drinks as well as no body moisturisers or oils near furnitures
- Clients are expected to treat the studio space and its contents with respect and care.
- Report any damage or issues to the studio promptly. Clients are responsible for repair or replacement costs for any damage caused during their rental. Such costs will be deducted from the security deposit (bond).
3. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere in the premises. Outside is fine.
4. No Open Flames or Hazardous Materials
For safety reasons, candles, smoke machines, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.
5. No Pets Without Prior Approval
We love animals—but please contact us before bringing pets into the space.
6. Children Must Be Supervised
Kids are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety and the care of the space.
7. No Unauthorized Guests
Only guests listed in your booking are allowed. Please check in if you’re planning to bring extra people.
Security cameras and recording devices
CCTV that records visual and still images.. Can be turned off at request.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
