Public access is permitted strictly during the advertised event hours.
The Hirer must ensure:
- All exits remain unobstructed at all times
- Maximum capacity limits are strictly observed
- Noise levels are kept reasonable and comply with local regulations
- All guests, contractors, and staff behave in a safe and lawful manner
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
