Exclusive hire of ISH provides private use of the restaurant across both levels for up to 60 guests. The space suits milestone birthdays, engagements, intimate weddings, corporate dinners, Christmas parties, networking events, and private celebrations.
Events can be set up for seated shared banquets or cocktail-style receptions with roaming canapés. Curated wines, signature cocktails, and beverage packages are available, with custom menus and additional dining experiences offered on request. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free requirements can also be accommodated.

• Bookings are confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received. Final guest numbers and dietary requirements must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
• A minimum spend may apply for exclusive venue hire depending on the day, time and guest numbers. Any outstanding balance must be settled before or on the day of the event as agreed.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except celebration cakes by prior arrangement. Cakeage may apply.
• Decorations are welcome with prior approval. Confetti, glitter, open flames and anything that may damage walls, furniture or venue fittings are not permitted. Any damage caused during the event may be charged to the organiser.
• A complimentary 30-minute setup period is available before the event. Additional setup time must be arranged in advance.
• Sunday and public holiday surcharges may apply. All cancellations, date changes and refunds are subject to the agreed booking terms.
• Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff and surrounding residents at all times. Responsible service of alcohol applies, and management reserves the right to refuse service where required.
