Host rules
• All bookings must include sufficient time for bump-in, setup, pack-down and leaving the space. Back-to-back bookings do not include additional buffer time.
• The space must be left clean, tidy and in the condition it was found. Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No open flames, candles, smoke machines or hazardous materials without prior approval.
• No heels on the Tarkett flooring. All equipment, furniture and heavy items must be placed on the provided protective mats before being placed on the Tarkett. If Tarkett not needed - this will be removed.
• Do not move, modify or remove fixed equipment or fixtures without prior approval.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the space, equipment or facilities during their booking.
• Noise must be kept at a reasonable level and must comply with any applicable building or local noise requirements.
• Only the agreed number of guests/participants may use the space unless otherwise approved.
• Children and young people must be appropriately supervised by the booking organiser.
• The booking organiser is responsible for ensuring all guests follow these rules.
• Any activities involving significant risk, specialist equipment, alcohol, large public events or changes to the usual use of the space must be discussed and approved before booking.
• Interconnect reserves the right to end a booking if these rules are not followed or the space is being used in an unsafe manner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
