Yes, a DJ is acceptable as long as it is not nightclub loud or a rave-style party and is kept at a reasonable volume. The venue is 100 years old, so windows may rattle and the place may fall apart; although 5000 residents are squeezed into Chippo, the warehouse buildings are empty at weekends except for the gallery opposite, so in-house studios are not around and they are the only people that would suffer from a DJ.
