About this space
Nauti Studios is a sustainable creative space set within three converted industrial warehouses in Sydney's lively inner-city neighbourhood of Glebe.
Our Warehouse space is 87sqm but can be combined with our larger space which is 278sqm for a total of 365sqm.
Our spaces are ideal for everything from individual projects to professional gatherings-they're also perfect for photography shoots, film productions, workshops, music sessions, acoustic gigs, music productions, corporate events, art exhibitions, content creation, pop-up markets, product launches, offsite team building, wedding photography, conferences, and more.
The venue is easily accessible by various modes of transport, just a 10-minute bus ride to Central Station, and a 10-minute walk from Glebe Point Road, one of Sydney’s premier food and beverage districts.

Host rules
No smoking in the building, but you can smoke outside.
Outside catering and drinks are allowed.
No noise that would disturb neighbours after 9pm.
You can be responsible for cleaning the warehouse after your use, or bring your own cleaner, or pay our fee for our cleaner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
The venue includes a variety of stunning indoor and outdoor spaces, such as two expansive warehouses, a deck, and an outdoor area adorned with murals and lush greenery. This unique venue is sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Originally owned by John Durst in the 1940s, the pioneer who brought electric motors to Australia, the warehouses retain their historical charm with exposed beams, white-rendered brick walls, soaring ceilings (ranging from 4 to 7 meters), concrete floors with ground-level access, operational winches, a spray booth, grand barn doors, pulley systems, and on-site parking.
Now home to Nauti Studios’ creative team, the space has been revitalized with vibrant murals and an array of indoor plants, infusing warmth and life into the industrial setting.
