About this space
This studio is a flexible creative space set up for photographers, content creators, and brands who want a clean, adaptable place to shoot. The rooms are bright and simple, with plenty of natural light and a mix of minimal and styled areas that work well for photos, reels, branding shoots, and lifestyle content.
Inside, you’ll find several different shooting areas, including a French-inspired room with herringbone floors and an antique mirror, a white mezzanine space with large windows and sheer curtains, and a full-size cyclorama wall (3.6 x 3.6 m), a Hollywood-style makeup and prep area, and optional access to a podcast studio.
The studio also includes paper and fabric backdrops, styling racks, full-length mirrors, a Bluetooth speaker, a small kitchenette, and a bathroom. Free on-site parking is available, with additional street parking nearby, so it’s easy for small teams to come in, set up, and get straight to work.

House Rules
1. Booking Time Includes Setup & Pack Down
Please make sure your session includes enough time for setup and pack down. Overtime fees apply if you stay beyond your booking.
2. Leave the Studio as You Found It
We ask that you return the space to its original condition. This includes putting props back, rolling up backdrops (if used), and removing any personal items.
3. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
4. No Open Flames or Hazardous Materials
For safety reasons, candles, smoke machines, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.
5. Respect Our Neighbours
Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during early morning or late-night sessions.
6. No Pets Without Prior Approval
We love animals—but please contact us before bringing pets into the space.
7. Children Must Be Supervised
Kids are welcome but must be supervised at all times for their safety and the care of the space.
8. No Unauthorized Guests
Only guests listed in your booking are allowed. Please check in if you’re planning to bring extra people.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
