About this space

Our private booth area is a unique elevated space within BRINE, comfortably seating up to 14 guests, squashed at 20. Positioned alongside our fireplace and directly connected to the bar, it offers a more intimate and private setting while still being part of the atmosphere of the main venue.

The booth can be reserved exclusively for private dining, celebrations, corporate gatherings, cocktail events and special occasions. Being directly connected to the bar also allows us to provide a more personalised style of food and beverage service for your group.

The fireplace creates a warm and intimate atmosphere, particularly for evening events, while the elevated position gives the space a distinct feel from the rest of the restaurant. The booth can be configured to suit your event, and we can accommodate larger groups when required.

With customised menus, drinks packages and flexible service options available, the private booth is ideal for groups looking for their own dedicated space without needing to hire the entire venue.
