Great venue. Lots of things to do for guests and its a really unique space. There was video games, arcade games, and pool. I was a bit jealous that my guests got to have so much fun while I was busy hosting. Also a very good and accessible location. My guests loved the cocktail drinks and the very unique looking cocktail menu. Bonus points too for having our own private bathrooms. It was great. My guests also loved the food. It added to the vibe and made it more special.

It was the perfect venue for my 50th birthday, awesome bay view, the table setting was prepared elegantly and all the food served were delicious which all my guests have complimented. Excellent services received from Diana and all the staff at The Kyle Bay from start till the end of the event. Everyone was so helpful and professional. QT is a fantastic venue for any function. From stylish quirky decorations to top quality food to outstanding customer service, my birthday celebration was fabulous! Events team was really to good to work with, flexible, helpful and professional. On the night everything worked like clockwork. Overall it wasn’t cheap but you can’t expect cheap at a 5 star hotel. It was totally worth the cost. Guests have been raving about the function and that’s a sign of a great event!

We hosted my husbands 40th in the main bar (street level) exclusively for the night and it was perfect. The team were very accommodating to any requests we had and were very friendly and professional to deal with. We opted for the per person package which included 3 hours of drink and canapés and we were very happy with it. We could choose the music which was great as we could change it as the night progressed.

The Terrace Bar and Dunkirk was a great venue for my son's 23rd birthday. The staff were very helpful and friendly and so very accommodating to our needs. The catering was very reasonably priced, and the food was tasty and of very good quality. The bard service was very good and we jus had a wonderful time - they looked after us very well. Tatler was a great venue for a birthday party. The garden terrace and adjoining sitting area was a perfect space for around 35-40 people. Brendan was fantastic to work with in organising the event and everything went smoothly on the night. Great space for dancing after 9pm as well!

Booked The Glenmore Room at The Occidental

The Occidental was an amazing place for my 21st to be held. The bartender Christine was nothing short of wonderful and she makes an excellent Espresso Martini. Venue was spacious and the private bar was perfect. Communication with the function managers was good too! Although we were not situated in the Glenmore room, rather their other function room, they are very similar, just lack of cocktail style tables and dimmer lighting :)
