The room and location were great
- Setup: Tables and chairs were still being arranged as our guests arrived.
- Refreshments: Drinks were unavailable until an hour after the event had started.
- Catering: Food was served late and was of poor quality. Crucially, there was no signage indicating ingredients or dietary information, which is a serious concern for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. Consequently, much of the buffet went untouched. The presentation felt amateurish and did not reflect the value of the £22 per head charge.
- Technical Issues: The IT equipment did not function properly, which disrupted our presentations.
- Staffing: Senior management was absent, leaving the junior staff without necessary guidance.
Furthermore, we have attempted to discuss these issues with mangement over the last ten days, but we have yet to be contacted by senior management as promised.

Very friendly event team, Dori and Ellie were amazing and stayed in communication until a few hours before the event. Friendly bar staff and lovely private area to host my 30th.

Great spacious venue. The staff were lovely and very helpful in regards to booking and planning the event and set up our decorations for us. Bar staff on the night were very good and really nice. Had the best night.
