Likes: Lighting, decorations, security, outdoor area, DJ tables, ability to bring own catering, visuals, props, decorations.
Dislikes: On average, waiting multiple days to weeks for responses (eventually resolved, though delayed communication was expected), asked to pay invoice in full once my five payments were already completed (resolved via proof), staff was late to setup during agreed setup time (we were informed, though was expecting an 8 PM entry), confusion on length of booking (resolved during event), photos/price are misleading for size of area and total cost, guests disliked $15 for drinks at bar, change of price ($2,500 for 4 hours of event & 2 hours of setup/takedown, despite $300 per hour in profile ≅$1800, paying $700 more than expected (unknown/unresolved), information on visuals needing to be in .mp4 sent to a specific email given on day of rental (could have been shared preemptively when, resolved day of), and communication not staying inside TagVenue (unsure/resolved with completion of event).

My experience with Club Ego was exceptional. The venue itself is not only beautiful but also spacious, providing an ideal setting for events. The pre-decorated space significantly simplified the planning process. I was in direct contact with Selmir throughout, and he was consistently pleasant and helpful, always available to answer my questions. The staff on the day of my event were equally kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue, a 10/10 experience.
