The Event Room is a Function Room in a Banqueting Hall at Lia's Garden Banquet Hall and is defined by abundant natural daylight that gives a bright, photographed presentation for table-based events.
Design: The room follows a long, rectangular plan with tiled flooring, neutral painted walls and mirrored panels. The fit-out uses silver metal banquet chairs, long dining tables and simple pendant lights, with soft drapes and wall-mounted décor providing adjustable colour accents.
Features: The room includes an on-site PA system and speakers and permits own music and external DJs. The rear of the room is arranged to accommodate buffet or service stations, while the central area can be cleared for a dancefloor or rows of seating.
Ideal for: Families and community groups suited to relaxed, social seated dinners or lively standing receptions that need an open central floor.
What sets it apart: A step-free guest entrance simplifies arrival and set-up for equipment, deliveries and accessible access.
What guests say: The Event Room is clean, well maintained and spacious, and it presents a clear central area that accommodates dining and dancing effectively.
