A stylish indoor–outdoor bungalow perfect for intimate events like showers, parties, weddings, or art nights. Enjoy 800 sq. ft. of indoor space and a 6,000 sq. ft. garden with cozy seating, gazebos, string lights, and a modern deck.
Includes kitchen access (for warming food), 2 rooms, restrooms, Wi-Fi, and seating for up to 50 guests. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors and décor to make the space your own.
Affordable rates - setup and breakdown time must be part of your rental.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Alcohol allowed (moderated)
- Children under 21 years old are allowed only if accompanied by an adult at all times.
IMPORTANT:
For viewing please let us know at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Viewing are on Saturday only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
FREE 15-car parking spaces are available outside the venue.
Additional 25 parking spaces 2 minutes walk from the venue. This parking lot is not part of our property and any payments of $150.00 will be paid by Zelle to the owner of the parking lot.
VENUE MANAGER:
A manager will open doors 10 minutes before your event for any questions and close doors at the end of your rental. Make sure to allocate time for setup (decor, etc) & breakdown. We expect everyone to arrive and leave on time (no exceptions) because the place needs to be ready for the next event.
The venue manager will provide a liability contract.
A copy of the driver's license of the person renting the space will be required.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
