The open-floor concept home is beautifully decorated including fast wifi, external security cameras, a fireplace, and a full kitchen. The main room is huge with dining and two seating areas - features a 75-inch Smart TV - Great for streaming pictures, videos, and music. Great room for photoshoots.
There is a large covered patio that overlooks a huge backyard. The patio has a TV, BBQ grill, and lots of furniture. Perfect for meetings, entertaining, and photoshoots.

Max occupancy or guests on the premises at one time is 30.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the home.
No pets allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Please don’t allow guests to eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please be mindful of neighbors and keep the noise level down.
No unruly behavior.
Please take extra care of keys, fobs, and gate remotes. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $120.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture without approval from the host.
Please take out excessive trash in outdoor garbage containers.
No alcohol serving to minors.
Please exit the home after your event time. The hourly overtime rate is $125/hr.
Please treat our home and neighbors with respect.
No confetti, glitter, or smoke bonds without the host's approval.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
