About this space
The venue is appropriate for intimate purposes or bigger events, the space can hold at least 50 people. We offer a clean, naturally lit venue that also has over head LED lights in the ceiling, or you can leave those lights off and enjoy the ambient lighting we have incorporated into the studio space. Additionally, photographers can make use of a 9 ft paper backdrops with 25 different colors and there is also a music video room that is equipped with multiple LED panels and light strips to fit your needs. Also, we offer tons of lighting equipment, box props, strobes, and a Bluetooth projector that connects directly to your phone.

Host rules
The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear downtime with in your original booking to avoid extra charges.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space, and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in.
Please take great care of our space and all furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls.
FURNITURE / PHOTOGRAPHER BACKDROP
Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests with in the space but can't be moved outside the space. If you choose to move furniture around, please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it at the end of the event. If you use our backdrop, we request that you use only what you need and make every effort to keep it as clean and smooth as possible so that it can be reused.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space or in front of the building, smoking is permitted in the back of the building only. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.
There is also absolutely NO lingering or loitering outside the entrance of the building or on the corner of the street. (This is a heavily enforced rule) We encourage our guest to stay inside and limit their outside activity entering and exiting.

This space is unique in Chicago’s Logan Square area with 1,700 SF of space. The perfect space for parties, tons of instagramable spots for photos, portrait photography, videography, brand product shots, meeting space, or for your pop-up event. Within our 1700 sq. ft space we offer a cozy sitting area, complete with a stylish and comfortable sofa, marble coffee table, Instagram-worthy grass wall with a pink neon sign attached, 65” Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV connected to Wi-Fi (PlayStation 4 is included with two controllers) and HDMI cable is available for presentations, music, and more. There is also a mini refrigerator that is stocked with drinks or for you to keep your own drinks nice and cool.
