About this space
The studio is organised around two stages, each with its own kitchen and client services area.
The main stage offers 2,000 square feet of shooting space. Walls rise to 16 feet, with a 26-foot ceiling overhead. The second stage provides 1,000 square feet, 10-foot walls, and the same ceiling height. Both stages feel tall, open, and controlled.
The facility includes a full range of photography equipment and an in-house motion control robot arm for film production. There is extensive frozen, cold, and dry storage, along with professional kitchen equipment suited to large-scale food shoots.
Client areas include a conference room and lounges with live stage feeds. The studio can be rented in full, by individual stage, or for food storage alone. Private parking and street-level double loading doors allow for straightforward load-in and load-out. An experienced production team is on hand to support each shoot.

Host rules
Renters are expected to leave the space as they found it. Additionally, drugs and alcohol are expressly forbidden on the premises. It must be a professional video production. Furniture and decoration can only be moved when given permission by the studio manager.
