Compact, acoustically treated control room with a moderate ceiling and a tight console-to-monitor layout. No visible windows mean the space relies on artificial lighting, including colored LED accents, for working light.
Room features: A central mixing console and DAW workstation with dual displays provide tracking and mixing capability. Nearfield and main monitors plus a PA system deliver reference playback, and rack-mounted outboard processing expands tracking and mix options.
Best for: This control room suits recording, mixing and mastering, vocal overdubs and production sessions.

1. To smoke in the control room/booth during the session there is a $50 smoking charge
2. We have a room behind the booth where you can smoke for free
3. We Keep Your Files As A Courtesy (Bring Own Drive For Backup)
4. If any of Studio 2020 Chicagos property is damaged or any of our studios are left in a bad state, you will be charged a cleaning fee. To avoid this please treat our home like your own.
5. We allow up to 5 people at a time, with each person after the 5th one, there will be a $10 fee.
