Great location that was easily accessible for a group of 12 to get together for a rehearsal/audition at a very reasonable rate. Fun, only slightly terrifying, elevator!
The instructions on how to get in could have been clearer. You're supposed to dial the room to get in, but if no one is in the room, it's not clear how you can enter in the first place. We reached out to the contact but didn't receive a response until well after the rental time. If there was a way to let people in from the room it wasn't immediately obvious to us, so one of us had to wait downstairs to open the door. Also, if I had thought about it, proximity to the Metra and Brown Line wasn't totally ideal for singing but it worked out OK.
