Design: An industrial-minimalist interior features exposed concrete ceilings, a polished concrete floor and a timber slatted ceiling detail. An open-plan layout arranges mixed seating and freestanding tables to preserve clear sightlines and flexible circulation.
Features: A staffed bar counter is available and the space permits own music and externally hired DJs. Reliable Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided. Level access is provided through a step-free entrance, and accessible toilets and wheelchair access are installed.

Alcohol is permitted on-site for service and consumption. The sale of alcohol is prohibited. Attendees are expected to always act in a professional and appropriate manner. Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.

Workbox Company reserves the right to request any person or group of people acting unruly and contrary to rental regulations to leave the premises. Assistance from law enforcement agencies may be acquired if this request is not met immediately.
No passageways, exits, defibrillators, or fire protection equipment may be blocked or obscured in any way. All facilities must be left in the condition in which they were found or better. No open flames.
No weapons of any kind are allowed on the the premises.
