Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the hourly rate. The space must be vacated, and all items removed by the end of your booking time.
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, but guests are expected to leave the space as they found it. Please tidy up after yourself. All equipment or rentals must be removed, and setup and teardown time should be included in your booking hours.
Take care of the space. Do not use nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items on the walls. Remove any tape or adhesive materials properly. Damages to walls, floors, or furniture will be charged accordingly.
Please notify us in advance if you need to move any furniture to suit your event needs.
No smoking is allowed in the space.
No glitter or confetti is permitted.
No open flames, frying, or cooking that creates a large amount of smoke, as the facility is not ventilated for such activities.
