Host rules
- No rowdy parties or mass drunkedness allowed - respect the space at all times.
- All social events at residential spaces must start prior to 9:00 pm and end no later than 12:00 am (local time), inclusive of set-up and clean-up time.
- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No alcohol allowed after 11pm.
- Respect the space at all times like it was your own.
- If damage is caused because of you or your guest, a minimum of 250 dollars will be added on to your cost.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
